Take a look at this gorgeous family. A few month's ago I had offered a family session for an Auction ( Prayers for Kylie) to help raise money for a family that lost their little girl to Leukemia. Marissa was supportive and purchased the family photos. So sweet of them to help such a family in need. I was so happy to finally meet the family after many emails back and forth over the past few months. The morning was spent with tons of laughter as the kids were full of silly faces and sweetness. Hard to believe but these were the families FIRST family photos ever. They were very pleased with the outcome and how fun the session went. I look forward to more family session's with the Brandel's.
Carson turns 1 and gets the best birthday gift of all....PROMOTED to BIG brother. The Massey family is one of my sweetest clients. I met them back in November for a family session down in Laguna Beach. We had a great time and I enjoyed getting to know their family. I was so excited when Brittney had asked me to do Carson's one year photos. She then surprised me that she is pregnant with another little cutie on the way. Brittney and her husband are what you call Barbie and Ken :) and there son is by far the cutest. I am so excited for them and wish them many blessings! Can't wait to see you guys again for the next set of pictures.
I hit the jack pot with these two family photos. Have you ever seen such gorgeous people?! Brittany had reached out to me from a friend referral and was wanting some family pictures and pictures of their little guy Carson who just turned 6 months. Her sister in law was also wanting family pictures and pictures of the little cousins. So we decided to do 2 in 1 photos. You would never have guessed that it was raining just a few hours before we shot these photos. The weather was gorgeous and we sure lucked out and stayed clear from the rain. Both families were super photogenic and so sweet. The boys are little ladies man for sure (watch out ladies :). I had a great time catching the sunset and being surrounded by genuine happy people. This post is filled with more photos then normal simply because I couldn't narrow it down, they all are so cute!

Ohh what a HOT day this was! I absolutely adore The Mullaney family. I met this fun and spunky family when I used to teach preschool at Marley's Preschool in Sunset Beach ( GREAT school by the way). Caleb their youngest was in my 2 year old class and he stole my heart from the first day he started. He is a loving little guy with a funny character as well. Soon after; I became friends with the Mullaney family. We even met up in Maui last year when our vacations coincidentally matched up at the same time. The two years before we have done beach family portraits but this year Jamie had interest in something different. I immeditaly knew the perfect place. You would have never guessed it was 100+ degrees outside with how great the pictures came out. Most of this session was filled with laughs as the kids goofed off and were typical sister and brotherly love. Thank you Mullaney family for another fun session. Can't wait for yummy BBQ soon :)
How did you spend your saturday? This weekend is one of those weekends where we have been going with the flow; no plans, sleeping in, in our PJ's till noon and then a last minute beach session with some park play. Luckily we live in wonderful Southern California where the sun is always shinning...well at least 90% of the time. The hubby and I met one of my girlfriend and her sweet kiddos down by the beach to eat some delicious El Burrito and then played in the park. Its days like these I could just soak up all the laughter and memories dear to my heart. I want my daughter to remember these kind of days, of course when she gets older and can remember :) Now that the baby is bed its time for some R & R for the hubs and I. Good Night
